I made this today and it looks beautiful. I used little Christmas tree cookies made out of gingerbread to decorate. The icing and the caramel was delicious. The cake itself tasted pretty good. Those little gingerbread men are the cutest! I love everything about this!
Gingerbread is my favorite holiday flavor. Love the little decorative gingerbread men too. Simply fabulous. So perfect for the holiday dessert table.
